Nationwide Delivery Across Bangladesh

Solbatt delivers products throughout Bangladesh, including all major cities and remote locations.

Order Processing Time

  • All confirmed orders are processed within 24 hours during business days.
  • Orders placed on weekends, public holidays, or after business hours may be processed on the next working day.

Delivery Time

  • Dhaka City: 1–2 working days.
  • Outside Dhaka: 2–5 working days.
  • Delivery timelines may vary depending on courier availability, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Delivery Methods

We offer:

  • Home Delivery through our trusted courier partners.
  • Point Delivery, allowing customers to collect orders from designated courier offices.

Delivery Charges

  • Delivery charges are calculated based on the product’s size, weight, destination, and courier rates.
  • The applicable delivery fee will be displayed during checkout or confirmed by our sales team.

Inspection Upon Delivery

Customers are requested to inspect the package before accepting delivery. If the package appears damaged, tampered with, or incomplete, please notify the delivery personnel and contact Solbatt immediately.

Return & Replacement Policy

We accept returns or replacements under specific circumstances to ensure fairness and quality assurance.

Eligible Returns

Products may qualify for return or replacement if:

  • The wrong product was delivered.
  • The product arrived damaged during transit.
  • The product has a manufacturing defect upon arrival.
  • Items are missing from the package.

Customers must notify Solbatt within 48 hours of receiving the product to initiate a return request.

Conditions for Returns

Returned products must meet the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused and in its original condition.
  • All original packaging, accessories, manuals, warranty cards, and invoices must be included.
  • Products showing signs of installation, misuse, physical damage, alteration, or negligence will not qualify for return.

Non-Returnable Items

The following products are generally non-returnable unless delivered damaged or defective:

  • Products purchased under clearance, promotional, or special discount offers.
  • Custom-configured solar systems or specially ordered products.
  • Installed or commissioned products.
  • Consumables and accessories that have been used.

Manufacturer Warranty

Most products sold by Solbatt include official manufacturer warranties.

  • Warranty periods vary depending on the brand and product category.
  • Warranty claims are subject to the terms and conditions of the respective manufacturer.
  • Customers may be required to present proof of purchase and the original warranty documentation.

Refund Policy

Where applicable:

  • Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method.
  • Refund processing may take 7–14 working days after the returned item has been inspected and approved.
  • Delivery charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to Solbatt’s error.

Return Process

To request a return or replacement:

  1. Contact our customer support team within 48 hours of receiving the product.
  2. Provide:

    • Product details,
    • Description of the issue,
    • Photos or videos of the product (if applicable).
  3. Our team will review the request and provide return instructions.
